Rough day in college yesterday (1-4) and did I mention I was a Notre Dame fan. Nuff said.
Raiders (-3)
Chargers (+2.5)
Saints (+8)
Eagles (-5)
49ers (+5)
Packers/Vikings Over 49
I'll take the Raiders as the Lions have no real weapons of any kind.
The Chargers are a much better road team than at home. I have my doubts about the Bears winning 2 in a row. Can Chandler finish 2 games in a row? That would be a Favrian streak for him. I know that's harsh, but I'm in a foul mood.
Taking the Saints based on Bucs inconsistency (alternating wins and losses every week.) The Saints have enough offense to keep it close.
The Falcons are a mess, and that SI article where some players questioned the leadership of the team couldn't have helped team morale.
The 49ers have proven they can be pretty strong when they want to be and they'll be ready to play against their biggest division rival. I know Garcia is out but he was hurt anyway, and I still like the 49ers getting 5 at home.
Packers have suspect defense but a pretty strong offense. Everyone knows what the Vikes offense can do. I know it's high, but when you have TD machines like Randy Moss and Ahman Green on carpet - it's worth the risk.
